How to cancel the iPASS

What should cardholders do if they find abnormal deduction of the iPASS?

Cardholders can call our customer service hotline at 07-7912000 for help. If the card works abnormally at any transportation business, cardholders can ask for help from the business.

What if the card fails to respond to sensor?

Cardholders can take the iPASS to the MRT stations, fill out the relevant forms, and send them back to the iPASS Corp for a refund. Or they can ask for the stamped addressed envelope at the entrusted sales locations, and send the iPASS back to the iPASS Corp.

 

*    Card damaged due to human error: Refund amount= Deposit balance on the electronic card – NT$20 handling fee (cards that have been used for five times and more can be exempt)

 Postage or the transaction fee will be deducted from the deposit balance on the electronic tickets.
